The theme of the expo was “Water Management for Sustainable Development”, and it was also focused on River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation. Sushri Uma Bharti, the Union Minister for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation inaugurated the exhibition. The India Water Week – 2015 is a comprehensive conference and exhibition on solutions, services and technologies available for improvement of Water Management in all spheres of water usage. Through the Expo, the exhibitors are getting an opportunity to showcase their offerings to the high-level professional audience from across the country as well from all the other parts of the world. The Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) stall at the expo was inaugurated by Mr R. Sundar Rajan – Vice President, Engineering, Siemens Limited. KBL launched its innovative Submersible Sewage Pump at the expo. The KBL stall recorded good interests from the visitors most were keen to understand how the KBL products can help them manage their water resources better.
