Purvanakara Project is planning to invest Rs.1000 crore to develop new housing projects in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune.
The firm had spent Rs. 900 crore last year.
The real estate firm will work on new project in Hyderabad close to the Outer Ring Road under its Provident brand.
Ashish Puravankara, MD of Purvankara Projects said that in last year his company had sold about 2.97 million Sq. ft space and in this year is expecting to sell around 4 million sq.ft. Space.
He added, Hyderabad market was restrained in its growth in past few years, but now, due to pro-active moves of the government is expected to take off.
