Merlin Group to build residential projects with excellent amenities like automatic elevator, air-conditioned gymnasium, fully automatic water softening plant in Gujarat.
Merlin Group is contemplating to develop two residential projects-Merlin Opal and Merlin Sparsh, in an around Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Merlin Opal will have 24 residential apartments, each of 2,075 sq ft. The project is expected to be completed by October 2015. It will provide amenities such as video door phones with camera, smart card / biometric entry access, fully automatic elevator, air-conditioned gymnasium, DTH connection with set-top box, PNG piping in kitchen, hydro-pneumatic pressure system, fully automatic water softening plant, and laminated wooden flooring in all three bedrooms. There will be 169 apartments in Merlin Sparsh and the sizes of apartment will be 1,044 sq ft, 1,125 sq ft, and 1,188 sq ft.
Besides, Merlin Group has also lined up two more residential projects-Merlin Manor and Garden Residency 2, in Ahmedabad. In Ahmedabad, Merlin has established benchmarks in real estate development with a plethora of completed projects. The group is associated with different types of projects including premium housing, essential housing, country homes and bungalows, specialty malls etc.
