Tata Steel has been conferred with the Golden Peacock Global Award for Sustainability for the year 2015 by the Institute of Directors, India.
Bimlendra Jha received the award under the chairmanship of Justice M N Venkatachaliah, former Chief Justice, Supreme Court of India.

In 2014, the company has bagged the Golden Peacock National Training Award.
