In the real estate sector, India Infoline is said to have invested Rs 78 crore in Jaipur-based project Urbana Jewels, promoted by Urbana group.
The deal was suggested by the Mumbai-based investment banking firm Ashika Capital.
Ashika Capital stated that Urbana Jewels has raised Rs 78 crore from India Infoline Ltd (IIFL) to complete pending construction.
The housing project will have 1,200 apartments.
Ashika Capital President Vaibhav Jain is very excited about this deal and expects many more transactions of this nature in future.
Banking firm Ashika Capital operates under Ashika Group, headquartered in Kolkata.
